14. How do we use tracking pixels
Aiden uses tracking pixels and tracked links in email communication in order to improve personalisation and prevent bots. All emails sent from Aiden’s marketing automation platform contain these tracking pixels. Below are several of the reasons why we use tracking pixels:
- Analysis of the email opening rate for deliverability purposes: Aiden uses trackers (tracking pixels and tracking links) to find out if and when you open the emails in order to compile diffusion statistics and take the necessary actions (adaptation of the frequency or stop mailings) to manage the mailing lists.
- Analysis of the email opening rate to measure and optimise campaign performance: Aiden uses trackers (tracking pixels and tracking links) to find out whether you open or click the emails, the time at which you do so, and information about the device you use to personalise the content of the messages, adjust the sending frequency or the communication channel used.
- Creation of recipient profiles based on observed preferences and interests in order to target you in contexts other than emails: Aiden uses your preferences (e.g. emails you have opened or topics you are interested in) to provide you with tailored content or advertisements on other sites, applications or communication channels. These trackers allow us to know if you open the emails, the time at which you do so and to obtain information about the device you are using.
- Detection and analysis of suspected fraud: Aiden uses trackers (tracking pixels and tracking links) to detect and analyse suspected fraud. These trackers allow us to know if you open the emails, the time at which you do so and to obtain information about the device you are using.
All emails sent from Aiden’s marketing automation system contain these tracking pixels and tracking links. In order to comply with CNIL and Garante recommendations, Aiden does not send promotional marketing emails to those with a known country of France or Italy.

We do not present our website or ourselves as an organisation specifically for minors. This means that if you are younger than 18, you need the permission of a parent or guardian in order to make use of our website.
