Proactive customer service & returns
A customer reports a defect with a product via the customer portal or the chatbot. The integration layer immediately retrieves the purchase data and warranty status from the ERP solution. If the warranty period has not yet expired, the Agent autonomously generates a shipping label via the carrier’s API, emails the label to the customer, and creates an inbound delivery in the warehouse system in advance. Fast service for the customer, and flawless administration, without intervention from a customer service employee.
Intelligent invoice matching
An invoice arrives as a PDF file by email. Document Information Extraction (AI) reads the data and sends it to SAP Integration Suite. The automation Agent matches the invoice line with the purchase order in your ERP solution. With a 100% match, the invoice is posted immediately. With a small price variance (<2%), the Agent automatically adjusts the posting within the agreed tolerances. Only major variances create a task for an employee (for example, in Microsoft Teams). In this way, 80% of invoices are processed automatically.
