In the Data & Decision Discovery workshop, we explore together where the biggest opportunities for Decision Intelligence are in your business. You gain a clear view of where you stand, and you can build a well-supported business case for a first pilot that truly delivers impact.
The workshop:
- is free
- lasts 90 minutes
- and preferably takes place on site (online is also possible).
We work in a pressure-cooker format, focused on inspiration, setting the ambition level, and establishing a shared view of the most concrete opportunities for applying AI in your business.
Maturity Assessment & Pilot Scope
In the Maturity Assessment & Pilot Scope session, we assess the technical feasibility of your AI opportunities, with focus on topics such as data quality and your application landscape. At the same time, we determine the potential business value and translate it into a concrete, no-obligation roadmap proposal with clear KPIs for an impactful pilot.
This assessment:
- takes five to ten days
- consists of a mix of online and on-site sessions (including the preparation and write up of these sessions).
After the Data & Decision Discovery workshop created a longlist of use cases, we then narrow this down to a shortlist, prioritise the options, and explore the selected use case in more depth. Where relevant, we may even develop an initial prototype.
Focused Pilot
In the Focused Pilot, we build a complete, working closed-loop AI solution: From the AI model to the required integrations. This results in a measurably improved process, decision, or KPI, and a clear plan to scale the solution further within your organisation.
The pilot:
- is a full implementation of one use case
- and starts from fifteen days (the exact estimate depends on the complexity of the selected use case).
