Phased digital transformation with SAP Cloud ERP, SAP CX, and SAP Integration Suite as the foundation for the future
To further strengthen this position and prepare for future growth, Dekker Zevenhuizen chose a phased digital transformation, in close collaboration with Aiden. This programme included a renewed integration platform, the implementation of several solutions from the SAP Customer Experience suite, and the modernisation of the ERP landscape with SAP Cloud ERP (formerly SAP S/4HANA).
A scalable integration layer as the basis for innovation
The programme started with the successful migration from SAP Process Orchestration to SAP Integration Suite. This step delivered a robust, stable, and scalable cloud integration layer (iPaaS), resulting in higher reliability, lower operational complexity, and faster integration cycles. Thanks to this stable base, Dekker Zevenhuizen could immediately benefit from improved connectivity between different business applications, a necessary step towards further digital innovation.
With the need to migrate away from SAP ECC, Dekker Zevenhuizen used this opportunity to modernise the organisation’s digital core and made it future-proof. Different teams using different systems created inconsistencies and inefficiencies that this project addressed.

One integrated customer view with SAP Customer Experience
Next, building on this foundation, the SAP Customer Experience suite was introduced, including the solutions SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP Field Service Management. Because commercial teams, service staff, and field staff began working from a single solution, the organisation from that moment had one integrated customer view and uniform processes across the entire organisation. Information became available in real time, coordination between departments became more efficient, and customers were served more consistently and faster. This resulted in higher productivity, improved service quality, and a noticeably improved customer experience.
Modernising the digital core with SAP Cloud ERP
In 2025, the next major step was taken by migrating the ERP landscape to SAP Cloud ERP. This transition modernised the organisation’s digital core and made it future-proof, creating a solid foundation for further standardisation, innovation, and scalability. The move from SAP ECC (also referred to as SAP R/3) to SAP Cloud ERP was delivered with a strong focus on quality, risk management, and operational continuity, allowing day-to-day operations to continue without disruption.
‘What makes this project special is that, instead of choosing one large-scale migration, we opted for multiple cloud go-lives, each linked to concrete business objectives. Aiden acted as a strategic partner and adviser, consistently translating SAP cloud technology into tangible results and sustainable added value for our organisation.’
Results: Transparency, agility, and scalability
Thanks to this phased approach, Dekker Zevenhuizen has been transformed into an integrated, cloud-first operating model. Core processes now run in SAP Cloud ERP, customer-focused activities are embedded in SAP Customer Experience, and integrations are centrally managed via SAP Integration Suite. This integrated SAP cloud landscape provides greater transparency, real-time insight, and faster, better-informed decision-making.
In addition, dependence on legacy infrastructure has been significantly reduced, leading to greater operational agility, improved scalability, and better alignment between sales, service, and field teams. These results strengthen Dekker Zevenhuizen’s competitive position and prepare the organisation for further growth and innovation.
With this modern and integrated IT landscape, Dekker Zevenhuizen is ready for continuous innovation and sustainable growth, while the company continues to do what it does best: Delivering high-quality bespoke solutions for kitchens and bathrooms.
