Go make the core clean
In this project, we followed the ‘go make the core clean’ strategy. This strategy means that custom development is removed from SAP and is instead built on the Mendix platform. This makes the core clean before Avebe moved to SAP Cloud ERP (formerly SAP S/4HANA). With this approach, Avebe could implement innovations and process optimisations in its applications at the same time, enabling a significant improvement in business performance.
The success of the collaboration
Alongside the development of the MOTOS applications, Aiden has developed a wide range of applications in recent years for different departments within Avebe, including logistics, commerce, and production sites.
This collaboration is an excellent example of how Aiden works closely with both the customer and the vendor (in this case, both SAP and Mendix) to achieve the best result. The partnership is built on a long-term strategy and a shared vision to help Avebe grow and thrive in the digital age.
